Our Story
It all began with a simple friend exchange; I'll watch your dogs while you go on vacation if you watch mine. This was after looking at area dog boarding services for in-home care that cost more than the total vacation package with all amenities! Nope. It shouldn't cost more for the dogs to go on vacation than the owners. Caged at the vet or going to one of the fancy, vet-adjacent area boarding services was not wanted either. The friend exchange continued. Then we found Rover and signed-up, cleared the background check and ran with them for a year until they inexplicably ended our listing; likely because they figured out we were booking and building our own small business away from them. NO explanation was ever fully provided, oh well! Our 5-star ratings speak for themselves and they no longer get to take 20% for our services. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence for dogs. What, other properties have the room to roam? Give as many treats for reasonable prices and provide in-home loving care with megahertz calming music and daily rub-down massages? Suffice to say as lifelong trained family dog owners, we get the pleasure of having and experiencing a bunch of different dogs without oh, having a bunch of dogs! We spread the love around.
